Each specialist has entered into a written data processing agreement with us, confirming they will only use your details to provide the wood burning stove service and will handle them in line with UK GDPR.
We also work with the following third-party service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Postmark (ActiveCampaign) — transactional email delivery (enquiry notifications)
- Cloudflare — web security, performance and DDoS protection
- Google Analytics — website analytics (only if you consent to cookies)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain your enquiry details for as long as is necessary to fulfil the service and meet our legal obligations. In practice, this means:
